You choose the repairer.
Under most Australian comprehensive policies you can nominate where your car is repaired. We handle the claim end-to-end so you deal with one workshop, not three parties.
Hit by someone else.
You don't have to use their insurer's preferred shop. We can manage recovery, quote and repair — often with no cost to you.

Common questions.
Can I choose my own repairer?+
Most Australian comprehensive policies let you nominate the repairer. Check the wording or ask us — we'll walk you through it.
What if I'm not at fault?+
You're not obligated to use the at-fault driver's insurer's shop. We can handle the claim on your behalf.
Do I pay anything upfront?+
You pay any excess specified in your policy, usually on collection. Your insurer confirms the figure when you lodge.
How long will the repair take?+
It depends on damage and parts availability. You get a realistic timeframe with the quote and phone updates if anything shifts.
Will the repair affect my warranty?+
Structural and refinish work is carried out to manufacturer specification. Warranty details are provided in writing on collection.
What if I'm not insured?+
We also carry out private repairs. Send photos or drop in for a quote — you're not obliged to use insurance.
